My nappy cakes are made  using Huggies disposable nappies and other quality baby essentials. They are the perfect baby shower gift, maternity leave gift or a gift for the new arrival. A nappy cake is a fantastic & unique alternative to fresh flowers offering practical items that will definitely be used by the new mummy
colours/designs all depend on availability at the time of purchase.
I can custom make them to suit you and can accommodate most themes.

SHIPPING
• All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of a paid order unless item is custom made, a pre-order or you have been contacted by staff to notify you of longer wait time due to unforeseen circumstances .
• Shipping is via Australia Post & Courier, Depending on parcel
• Orders are sent from Gold Coast and can take between 1 to 10 days to arrive anywhere in Australia. We won't follow up orders for the first 7 days
• Flat rate Australia Wide $10.95 for standard shipping  

REFUND & EXCHANGES
At Maree’s unique Nappy & Gift Creations we take pride on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and continue shopping with us. we do not refund or exchange for change of mind But we do however refund or exchange if sizing is not right but you must be able to provide the original receipt of purchase & as long as the item complies with the following:
 
• is in saleable condition
• is unworn or unused with the original packaging and tags still attached
• is not subject to the exclusions listed below
• the exchange is sought within 7 days of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

 If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, store credit or a refund, please follow the following procedure. However if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, We cannot provide a refund, exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from purchase date to contact us due to fault after this date we will no be held responsible for any unforeseen fault in garments. ( No exceptions after this date ) 
 
The process for returning an item for exchange or refund is as follow. Simply get in contact with us through our email at mareesuniquecreations@outlook.com to advise us the problem then post the item along with a copy of proof of purchase to address that will be provided to you. If you have chosen the wrong size & need to exchange postage is to be paid by the customer. If the return is due to a fault in the item then we will credit you the postage.  Please be aware it may take up to 5 days for a reply. If it is urgent we will reply as soon as possible.
